Payment Options
We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your insurance plan co-pay is due at the time of your visit. Payment for procedures not covered or partially covered by insurance is due at the time of your visit. We offer a 10% cash discount for any procedure paid in full in advance.
We do accept payments from most insurance plans, and we are happy to help you file your claim. Please note, however, that dental insurance is not structured to cover all dental expenses- it is designed to lessen the financial burden of caring for your teeth. Our guests receive personal care that is second to none. Regardless of insurance disbursements, our guests are responsible for the maintenance of their family account. Most patients are surprised to learn that the maximum annual allowable benefit for dental insurance ($1000) hasn't changed in over 30 years despite the rising cost of insurance premiums! Some insurance plans have increased benefits ($1500-3000/person/year), but it is unfortunate that insurance companies expect patients to spend 1970's insurance benefits to cover the costs of dentistry in 2005. Statistics indicate that benefits should be $5000-6000/year if benefit levels were to have kept up with inflation and cost of living increases over the past thirty years! Because of these issues we offer financing through CareCredit.
